Community and Faith Development Pastor

Dr. Bryan Laue serves as Pastor of Community and Faith Development at Madison Campus Church. With more than 22 years of pastoral ministry experience, he is passionate about helping people develop a daily relationship with Jesus, find meaningful community, and discover their place in God’s mission.

Bryan earned his Doctor of Ministry in Missional Church from Andrews University, where his doctoral work focused on reaching young adults wrestling with intellectual skepticism and questions of faith. He also holds certifications in Emotional and Spiritual Care and Incarnational Coaching. His ministry interests include discipleship, apologetics, mentoring, digital evangelism, and creating spaces where people can ask honest questions and grow in faith.

Bryan and his wife, April, have been married for more than 22 years and have three children, Levi, Sydney, and Isaac. Levi is studying mechanical engineering at Southern Adventist University, while Sydney and Isaac attend school in the Madison community. As a family, they enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors, and finding new places to hike. Bryan especially enjoys backpacking in the Great Smoky Mountains, creating online ministry content, and spending time with his family.
